- I run to keep fit and healthy. In my mid forties and pickup running last year 9th August 2006. Completed my first full marathon in Singapore last December 3rd 2006. Got to know a group of runners from the online community called "SGRunners". Since then, I have particpated in two overseas full marathon this year. One in KL and the other in Penang.
